An infinite series of questions can be asked in a variety of formats. Full on-line help facilities are available to enable you to do this in the shortest possible time. You can customise your questionnaire with a company logo or other simple graphics to make it truly your own.
The "survey" of course, can be any set of questions you like. You might be an automotive manufacturer requesting information from your dealerships about warranty, a football club seeking views from your supporters, a Government department getting statistics on the Health Service by contacting hospitals, or unemployment information by contacting Job Centres. 2. Send e-mails to all the people you want to question, either in plain text or HTML format, incorporating the hyperlink we give you for your survey, within the body of the e-mail text. In your e-mail ask the recipients to click on the link to respond to the survey. 
When a recipient receives your e-mail they click on a link, which takes them immediately to your survey. Simply and swiftly they answer the questions then click the 'submit' button. Once the 'submit' button has been hit, Lightning Survey records the respondents' answers in real-time and updates the statistics relating to your survey.

3. Using your security ID and pin number you can gain access to the Lightning Survey web site whenever you want to evaluate the responses so far. Lightning Survey automatically updates percentages, averages and other statistical information in real-time as the recipients respond. Statistical analysis is provided and includes graphical displays. However, you may wish to download the detailed responses and feed this information into your own statistical package, spreadsheet or other computer program. Here, Lightning Survey allows you to import the data in various standard formats for you to process.
